Sidbi and Nabard Deputy MDs appointed

Two Deputy Managing Directors (DMDs) were appointed by the government to the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and the Small Industries Development Bank of India, respectively.

Goverdhan Singh Rawat and Ajay Kumar Sood have been named DMDs of Nabard by the central government, according to separate notifications from the Department of Financial Services (DFS). At NABARD, these officers hold the position of Chief General Managers.

In a separate announcement, the finance ministry’s DFS stated that Prakash Kumar, who is now CGM, has been named DMD of Sidbi by the national government.
