ICICI Bank appoints Radhakrishnan Nair as an Independent Director

Radhakrishnan Nair, former member of IRDAI had been appointed on ICICI Bank’s board as an Additional (Independent) Director for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder’s approval.

Nair, with an experience of around 40 years in the banking industry and in the field of securities and insurance regulation, is already an independent director of three subsidiaries of ICICI Bank — ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd; ICICI Prudential Trust Ltd and ICICI Securities Primary Dealership
