Patanjali to convert into a non-profit organisation

Patanjali Ayurved has initiated the process to convert into a non profit organisation. The company had also announced plans for a big online push, inking agreements with leading e-commerce companies, announcing its partnerships with BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Shopclues, Grofers, netmeds and 1mg.

“We are working on various legalities to convert Patanjali Ayurved into a non-profit company. Currently it operates as a limited company. We are doing this to ensure that all the profits of the company are used completely for charity,” said Baba Ramdev.
